• Materials are extra, at actual cost, with no markup. We can purchase any needed materials or you can purchase them. (If we purchase materials, we will show you a copy of the receipts.)

• Payment options include cash or check, accepted at the time we complete the handyman services. Some jobs might require a down payment to purchase specialty ordered items.
